Prayer refreshes our soul. How sweet it is for believers to come together to bear each other’s burden in prayer and to lift up praises to our Lord Jesus! Please pray for Ukraine’s crisis, which has been going on for more than a month now. Pray for God to lead us to our next pastor. And don’t forget to start praying for whom you want to invite to the Easter outreach!
Last week, we shared our memory verses and here they are again. Have a great small group!
“You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4 NIV (Christy)
“No, O people, the Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8 NLT (Cora)
“I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.” Psalms 34:4 NIV (Kathy)
“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 NIV (Wayne)
“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” James 1:27 NIV (Annie)
“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayer for all of you , I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this , that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. (Philippians 1/3-5)
