July 30, 2024 Your Dwelling Place

PSLAM 84 1  How lovely is your dwelling place,      Lord  Almighty! 2  My soul yearns, even faints,      for the courts of the  Lord ; my heart and my flesh cry out      for the living God. 3  Even the sparrow has found a home,      and the swallow a nest for herself,      where she may have her young— a place near your altar,      Lord  Almighty, my King and my God. 4  Blessed are those who dwell in your house;      they are ever praising you. [ c ] 5  Blessed are those whose strength is in you,      whose hearts are set on pilgrimage. 6  As they pass through the Valley of Baka,      they make it a place of springs;      the autumn rains also cover it with pools. July 16, 2024 Is There Injustice with God?

ROMANS 9:14  What should we say then? Is there injustice with God? Absolutely not!  15  For he tells Moses,  I will show mercy to whom I will show mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. [ l ]   16  So then, it does not depend on human will or effort but on God who shows mercy.  17  For the Scripture tells Pharaoh,  I raised you up for this reason so that I may display my power in you and that my name may be proclaimed in the whole earth.   ACTS 26: 12-18 12  “I was traveling to Damascus under these circumstances with authority and a commission from the chief priests.  13  King Agrippa, while on the road at midday, I saw a light from heaven brighter than the sun, shining around me and those traveling with me.  14  We all fell to the ground, and I heard a voice speaking to me in Aramaic, [ a ]   ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’ 15  “I asked, ‘Who are you, Lord?’ “And the Lord replied,  ‘I am Jesus, the one you are persecuting.   16  But get up and stand on your feet. For I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you as a servant and a witness of what you have seen and will see of me.   17  I will rescue you from your people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them   18  to open their eyes   so that they may turn [ b ]   from darkness to light and from the power o...
